While we’ve experienced a somewhat mild fall season here in Western New York, we all know what’s just around the corner: snow, and lots of it!
Even if you’ve taken care to properly maintain your roof throughout its lifetime, it’s important that you keep an eye out for these signs of a potential roof collapse:
- severe roof leaks
- cracked or split wood
- doors that pop open
- doors and windows that are hard to open
- bends or ripples in metal supports
- deformities in structure
- cracks in ceiling or walls
- sagging ceiling
- creaking, cracking or popping noises
- sprinkler heads pushed down below ceiling tiles
